2nd and 2nd floor - consists of 4 large 50 square meters rooms with private bathrooms in every room.
Our interior designers have designed the rooms. ที่นี่เป็นบ้าน -3ชั้น มี 4 ห้องใหญ่ ให้เช่าเป็นรายเดือนคะ มีความเป็นมา คือ
เริ่มจาก บ้านได้ถูกทิ้งว่างเปล่าเป็นเวลาหลายปี และโดยที่เราเคยมีประสพการณ์การทำโรงแรม + สโมสร และรับติดต่อซื้อขายอสังหาริมทรัพย์ต่างๆ มาก่อน จึงได้ทำการปรึกษากับเจ้าของเดิม และ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จึงเห็นว่าเราน่าจะทำบ้านหลังนี้ ให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อครอบครัว และมีความเป็นไปได้อย่างมาก ที่สามารถทำให้บ้านนี้ มีมูลค่ามากขึ้น อีกหลายเท่าในอนาคต จึงได้ตัดสินใจ ลงทุน renovate และ ตกแต่ง ในงบประมาณที่เราได้ตั้งใจไว้ ซึ่งใช้เวลาตกแต่งอยู่ประมาณ 3 -4 เดือน จนทุกอย่างออกมาตามความคาดหมาย
ขณะนี้ เรา ได้เปิดให้บริการอย่างเป็นทางการแล้วนะคะ นอกจากห้องพักแล้ว เรายังมีการบริการด้านอาหาร เบเกอรี่ต่างๆ เป็นลักษณ Delivery และอีกทั้ง ยังมี อาหารเสริมที่น่าอัศจรรย์ ไว้บริการอีกด้วยนะคะ

This is a 3-storey house with 4 large rooms for rent on a monthly basis.
From the start, the house had been left empty for many years. And as we have had experience in hotel + club and real estate trading before, we consulted with the former owner and experts, so we could see that we should do this house. To benefit the family And there are many possibilities That can make this home Have more value Many times in the future So we decided to invest, renovate and decorate in our intended budget. Which took about 3-4 months to decorate until everything came out as expected
We have now officially opened the service. In addition to the room We also have food service. The bakery is a delivery feature and also offers amazing supplements. Service as well
